Very helpful service, will call again!Posted on BarbaraTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great Service - I have a gas slide in range, where one of the double ovens, the upper one, did not work, and we do a lot of cooking. The lower oven was working fine. I searched google for a quality repair person. Made four calls to four repair people and I choose Amir to come look at my oven problem. He was very attentive, responded quickly and did an excellent job deciphering the problem. Amir was great to work with. He arrived on time, did a through analysis on what the problem could be and narrowed it to the actual problem. He is friendly, professional and has a positive attitude, while working with you. Once he replaced the broken, gas ignitor, he tested it and the whole unit four times, to ensure all is working correctly, not just the new ignitor. He is very knowledgeable appliance engineer, does a great job and is reasonably priced. I will be keeping Amir’s phone number in my address book for future appliance repairs. Thank you Admir!!Posted on Doug S.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. According to the FDA Food Code, all cold food storage units must remain at a temperature of 41°F or below to keep their contents safe, making swift and efficient commercial refrigerator repair a necessity to ensure when your unit begins to fail. When your commercial refrigerator stops working properly, its contents are put at risk of spoiling, which can greatly hinder your business’s operating capabilities.
Issues with commercial refrigerators and freezers seldom occur without some sort of prior warning. Oftentimes, noticeable symptoms will appear within the unit long before the system itself begins to fail. Recognizing these early warning signs can help keep your business from experiencing loss of inventory due to spoilage, unnecessary damage to your equipment, and costly appliance downtime.
When the internal temperatures of your commercial refrigerators and freezers reach unsafe levels, their perishable contents can begin to spoil as soon as 1 to 2 hours afterward, especially in commercial kitchens where these units undergo frequent usage. This makes any delays in repairing them dangerous, as they further the risks of inventory loss and health code violations.
When one or more of your business’s refrigerators or freezers break down, it is of the utmost importance that you contact an appliance repair company for immediate assistance. Failure to do so can result in unsafe storage of food and other perishable items according to local health codes and regulations, and might even cause some of your business’s valuable inventory to spoil.
An experienced repair technician is able to resolve approximately 70-85% of commercial refrigeration issues during their first visit, provided they possess the proper training and equipment required to do so. This helps reduce appliance downtime and prevents unnecessary food spoilage, making trial-and-error repair attempts from less knowledgeable and experienced technicians a definite no-go when it comes to your commercial refrigeration units.
Hiring an inexperienced repair technician also heightens the risk of inventory loss by increasing the likelihood that your appliance’s symptoms might be misdiagnosed to begin with, which typically results in significant delays between the time of initial inspection and when the repair is finally completed. Choose the right company for the job before proceeding with your commercial refrigeration repair.

Though they share some similarities, commercial refrigeration units differ quite a bit from their residential counterparts. For example, a typical at-home refrigerator is designed with a much smaller storage capacity in mind than a commercial unit would have. Commercial refrigerators also have more complex cooling systems than residential units, with some of those components even located in places outside of the appliance itself.
Unlike residential refrigerators, commercial units run almost continuously, in order to maintain a proper temperature consistently while being repeatedly opened and closed throughout the course of the day. Repairing commercial refrigerators and freezers requires the assistance of a trained professional that specializes in servicing these sorts of appliances.
Commercial refrigerators are very intricate and complex systems that each utilize many distinct components, all of which work together to keep the unit cooling properly. If even one of these parts begins to fail, the appliance’s overall performance can rapidly worsen.
By learning and understanding the more frequent causes of commercial refrigeration malfunctions, business owners can recognize potential appliance failures early on, and recognize when a professional commercial refrigerator repair is needed.
Many different internal components work simultaneously to ensure commercial refrigeration units operate smoothly and maintain safe and consistent temperatures.
Although business owners don’t typically need to memorize every technical detail of how commercial refrigeration units work, it is important that they at least possess a general understanding of how they function, so as to better recognize potential malfunctions, more easily communicate with repair technicians, and appreciate the importance of efficient and timely repairs.
Oftentimes, a complete diagnostic on a commercial refrigerator or freezer can be completed within 60 to 90 minutes, allowing for potential same-day repairs depending on parts availability, as well as reducing the impact your failing appliance will have on your business’s daily operations.
Scheduling routine maintenance appointments for your commercial refrigerators and freezers is essential, as it delays the need for future repairs by ensuring your appliances remain working optimally.
This allows for the serviced units to maintain improved levels of energy efficiency, extends their functional lifespans, keeps their internal temperatures consistent, and prevents sudden breakdowns, all of which keep your business safe from additional expenses brought about by lost inventory and appliance downtime.
This also ensures your appliances’ internal temperatures conform to food safety standards, keeping your business compliant with local health and safety regulations.
Having preventative maintenance performed regularly on your appliances contributes to improvements in system reliability and longevity. The U.S. Department of Energy’s data shows that dirty condenser coils by themselves can increase system energy consumption by up to 30%, and that performing routine maintenance can decrease the risk of sudden, unexpected refrigeration failures by 30-40% over the course of your appliance’s functional lifespan.
Please note that we recommend performing maintenance every 3 to 4 months depending on appliance usage, and advise against waiting longer than 6 months between maintenance appointments.
Commercial refrigeration repairs are often exceedingly complex, so we advise against attempting any temporary quick fixes or do-it-yourself repair procedures.
Some repairs aren’t very urgent, but others demand immediate attention. Be sure to contact a dedicated commercial refrigerator repair specialist at once if your appliance is displaying one or more of the following symptoms:
